Welcome to 'Just a Minute With......', where we find out a little bit more about your friendly Intacters. This edition is all about our iQ Support Team Lead Sinead O'Callaghan.
Name: Sinead O'Callaghan
Title: iQ Support Team Lead
My background: I went to DKIT and completed a degree in Business and Technology where I was given an opportunity to do a 12-week work placement at Intact with their Support team...I just forgot to leave 8 years later. After being part of the Support team for 5 years, I progressed to one of the Team Leader roles in the Customer Success Office dealing with our Enterprise customers.
What I do at Intact: As the iQ Enterprise Team Lead I help to enhance the support experience of our most complex sites, both new and existing alongside the Enterprise Support Team. I am involved with the customer from the start of their CSO journey to help with the transition from Optimisation or the PMO Team to Support. Once the customer is handed over, I work closely with them and their iQ Account Manager to provide a high level of support to meet their complex needs and ensure their iQ grows with their business.
First app checked in the morning: Facebook or Instagram, anything with a bit of endless scrolling to wake me up!
Favourite travel location: It would be between Portugal or Melbourne, but I would take anywhere with a bit of sun!
Are you a coffee or tea person? Both, but if I had to choose, it would be tea. I may also be known as Miss Doyle at home, the kettle is always on!
What three items would you take with you to a deserted island? A hammock, a big, long book and an even bigger bottle of wine.
What do you love about your job? I love helping our customers, and in doing so, I feel as though I become part of their company. It's nice to get to speak to so many different people from across the country in different industries and build relationships with so many of them whilst making their lives a bit easier with our software.
