GenetiQ is an addition to our product family. As an Intact Xline customer, you now have access to this next-generation ERP solution.

While GenetiQ offers modern cloud benefits, your Intact Xline system will continue to receive full support and development. There's no requirement to switch - any transition would be entirely your choice when it makes sense for your business.
As an Intact Xline customer, will I be required to migrate?

No. We have no plans to discontinue development and support for Intact Xline. This will continue to receive updates, compliance updates, and new features as outlined in our product roadmaps.

However, if you're considering modernising your systems infrastructure or moving to cloud-based solutions, we would be happy to discuss how our new offerings might align with those plans to provide you with additional benefits and capabilities.
