Intact are pleased to announce Valve Distributor, Herz Valves UK Ltd have placed their order for the iQ system.
With over 100 years of trading history across Europe, the Austrian owned business is renowned for the quality of their products. Handling the manufacturing themselves across a several sites across Europe, they entered the UK as distribution business over 50 years ago.
The UK distribution arm has a reputation for supplying good quality products and service with their stock profile ranging from valves and controls as well as cooling and domestic water systems to thermostatic showers and taps. Their quality assurance over cheaper competitors is backed by long warranties across all products.
Having outgrown their old legacy system, the team at Herz Valves UK knew they needed a product which was versatile enough to handle their multi-channel sales approach. With Intact iQ they found that system, with its ability to be moulded around the different processes and controls they need for now and into the future. Coupling this flexibility with the ease of use that iQ provides and the team at Herz were in no doubt that this was the best system available moving forward.
Initial installation of the system is planned into their current office and warehouse location in Guildford, Surrey. However, with an impending relocation to even bigger premises, they have opted to host the solution through Intact’s dedicated hosting centre, therefore taking the pressure of any infrastructure considerations when this move takes place.
