Intact are delighted to announce that they have been awarded a 36-user contract to install iQ at IPG Member Unique Plumbing Supplies.
IPG buying group member Unique Plumbing Supplies opened their first branch in Eastleigh in 2004, where they placed an order with Intact for Intact Vline, and have been a client ever since.
Unique Plumbing Supplies are an ethically run independent plumbers’ merchant that has inviting trade counters, enthusiastic staff with a wealth of experience and a flexibility that fits around their customers’ demands.
In the last seventeen years they have opened branches in Hedge End (including their bathroom showroom), Romsey, Chandlers Ford and Segensworth, and needed the increased functionality of Intact iQ to improve their productivity.
Nick Khaira, Director of Unique Plumbing Supplies, told us:
“As iQ comes from the same author as Vline there is a high degree of familiarity, which provides us with great comfort but iQ offers a vast amount in addition to enable my existing team to become more productive and add to our, already, enviable high customer service levels. This is not just an upgrade – it is a major step in improving our business processes, efficiency and ultimately, our profitability.”
A conversion from Vline to Intact iQ is not a version upgrade – it is a completely new system built from the “ground up” with the very latest technologies to automate many of the day-to-day tasks and provide real time alerts to staff, customers and suppliers.
