In his 25+ years at Intact, Justin has dipped his toe (a little nod to his fair-weather surfing hobby!) in every department here, and understands the lives of everyone in the company; something he feels is key to his role as CEO.

While he may just claim to listen to music and type code, Aidan has led his team through 4 generations of our business software. Now CTO and head of R&D, he guides Intact’s future product direction.

As Co-Founder and eCommerce Director, Paul manages our Intact Cliqx (e-commerce) and Intact Access (mobile app) products.  He works tirelessly to provide customers with solutions that are easy to use and provide real-time information.

Robbie prides himself on always being at the end of a phone or email; assisting customers on their implementation and post-go-live journey. At Intact over 20 years, Robbie loves the people and the culture at Intact.

Responsible for the overall financial function and strategy of Intact for over 15 years. His favourite quote ‘The more you know, the more you know you don’t know’ compels him to seek out new challenges.

Mark loves introducing businesses to a system that’s ultimately going to save them time and drive profitability. Responsible for customer happiness, he feels immensely proud when he sees customers using Intact innovatively.

Mark has an innate talent for finding an analogy for every situation, he regularly engages with customers, shares his experiences and advises on future technology advances that are right for their business.

Gary has been a developer all his life and, before joining Intact, he co-founded and developed a leading merchant software solution. Driven by customer satisfaction, Gary is a stickler for attention to detail and delivering polished products. 

‘Treat people how you would like to be treated’ is something Gary lives by; in life and in business. Always challenging the way we do things, he enjoys every opportunity to make a difference to the lives of staff and customers. 

Una, a qualified psychologist, oversees the Intact HR function. This includes all policies and procedures, training and development requirements and enhancing the Intact organisational culture. 

Understanding strategic requirements is key to Trevor’s cross-functional role in looking after our Intact Xline customers. Always striving for excellence and transparency, he enjoys solving new challenges every day.

With over 25 years at the company, George now leads our UK South Coast office, focusing on direct customer engagement. His accounting background has been essential in implementing ERP solutions.

Eoghan is the driving force behind ensuring each implementation project is delivered on time and on budget. Key to that endeavour is ensuring momentum is maintained throughout the project. 

With 15+ years’ experience in Managed Services, building and supporting ERP environments, Antonio heads up our ICT department & the evolution of the Intact Cloud platform.

After graduating from Dublin City University in Software Engineering, Paul joined Intact. Valuing the company's focus on both people and products, he has stayed for 21 years. Paul ensures seamless collaboration across development teams to support customers effectively.

With 25+ years of experience as a brand and product marketer in the software industry, Amanda is well placed to oversee the marketing function at Intact. She has a passion for developing human brands, delivering stand out campaigns and creating customer communities.
