I hold a degree in IT & Networking from Teesside University and a Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training.
I’ve worked in learning and development for over 20 years and fell into training in my first job after uni in a contact centre.
My passion lies in helping colleagues and customers reach their full potential, and I thrive on meeting new people.
Outside of work, my priorities are my awesome daughter, travelling the world, and indulging in my love for all things sci-fi.
