I have a background in History, with additional qualifications in Learning & Development and Coaching. Prior to joining Intact, I spent 18 years in the insurance industry, transitioning from Sales to Training and L&D. My early experience in customer service came from working in my family's shop, where I was paid in sweets!

What I love most about my job is the opportunity to interact with a wide range of people across the business. It's a joy to meet new colleagues each month and contribute to their journey at Intact, especially through the Intact Ignite Graduate Programme. Watching the graduates develop over time is incredibly rewarding.
Outside of work, I enjoy walking, travelling, socialising, and savouring a quiet moment with a cup of tea. My favourite quote is, "Comparison is the thief of joy.".
