My academic background includes a Montessori Teaching Diploma and a CIPD in People Management.
I started my career as a Customer Representative and then transitioned to a Legal Secretary role, where I focused on Employment Law cases and discovered my passion for HR. After some time working in Finance at Intact, I moved into HR and completed my CIPD qualification.
