In my 25+ years at Intact, I've dipped my toe (a little nod to my fair-weather surfing hobby!) in every department of this business and understand the lives of everyone in the company; something I feel is key to my role as CEO.
I continuously look for ways to make our customers’ lives easier. Along with reporting to all stakeholders, I ensure the right resources are in place and that everyone is on board with the company strategy. I love interacting with the people around me, creating a culture where people challenge and learn from each other.
