Can you describe a typical day in your position at Intact?
Working as an Application Support Consultant, my routine is reviewing tickets on the Helpdesk, prioritising tickets based on urgency and customer impact. Analysing customers’ reported issues and implementing solutions, always with the support of my colleagues. This may involve troubleshooting technical issues, providing step-by-step guidance, etc.
What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
About Intact? Don’t go crazy, trying to learn everything at once, it will get easier after the first 6 months... It is true!
What's your hidden talent that none of your colleagues know about?
I can dance Samba (a typical Brazilian dance) very well since I was a little girl.

What's the most rewarding part of your job when it comes to serving our customers?
It is very satisfying when I can provide solutions to customers’ issues or problems. Even though my interaction with customers may be brief, knowing that my guidance contributed to solving a problem is very rewarding.
What's the most adventurous thing you've ever done?
I would say moving to Ireland, not speaking English at all!
