Coming from a commercial background, as a qualified psychologist, I oversee the Intact HR function. This includes all policies and procedures, training and development requirements and enhancing the organisational culture.
I love working as part of a team and am excited about Intact’s growth plans. I like to get things done and value transparency and having a good work ethic.
My holiday home in Portrush is my go-to hideaway but I also enjoy golfing and nights out.
